Who the heck bent my bill?

I love the hats from this company. This is the 3rd one I've ordered. What I don't understand is why this hat showed up with a terrible bend in the bill. It's obvious to see how someone bent the straight bill into a square with their hands.. you can see where their knuckles were in the bend... who the heck decided I wanted a terrible square bend in a brand new hat? Not me... I've spent the last week trying to straighten the creases out of it... wtf yall. If I want my hat bill bent, I'll do it myself. Great hat. I'm gonna destroy it on the jobsite anyway. But I'm supposed to be the one who decides how that happens..
